Nottingham Professional Services (NPS) the independent voice of Nottingham’s professional services sector, kick-started the new decade networking scene this week with its annual drinks night, held at Belgo on Weekday Cross.
Over 70 tickets were sold for the drinks night, with guests mixing and mingling as they got reacquainted after the festive season’s break. There was a wealth of knowledge across a number of disciplines with attendees ranging from well known firms such as, Natwest, MarketingNG, Invest in Nottingham, Innes England, Fraser Brown, Mazars and Eversheds Sutherland to name but a few.
NPS vice chairperson Andrew Springhall commented “Our new year drinks event is always a well attended event and seems to get bigger ever year which is great as it demonstrates the diversity within Nottingham’s professional services sector. This is the first time we have held our drinks night at Belgo, and it was the perfect location for an evening of social networking.”
NPS was established in 2014 as a forum to bring together professionals across Nottingham from all disciplines such as architects, construction engineers, lawyers, accountants, marketing consultants and other business advisers to network, share best practice, develop careers and encourage work referrals. It’s an independent voice for Nottingham’s professional sector, developing the business advisory community and its successors.
