Nottingham Professional Services (NPS) and NPS Futures held their annual quiz night on Thursday 25th April 2019 to see who would be crowned the city’s most knowledgeable firm.
For the third time the annual event was held at Antenna and was attended by over 60 professionals from a range of Nottingham’s most recognised firms including Natwest, Nelsons, Smith Cooper, Mazars, Foresight, Cooper Parry, Freeths, Innes England, Shoosmiths and RBS.
Teams competed in groups of 5 and were led by expert Quizmasters Andrew Springhall (Blusource) and Marcus Adam-Tuck (Shoosmiths), who tested the teams’ knowledge on a variety of topics including identifying brand logos, sports, history, pop, culture and general knowledge.
In a competitive affair it was team Foresight who once again for consecutive years were crowned the 2019 NPS Quiz Champions.
Commenting on the event, Nicola Whiting, NPS Futures Chair, said “The NPS Quiz Nights provide a fantastic platform for senior figures and the younger generation to network in a social setting. The event was a complete success and it was great to see a packed room represented by people of all ages and levels from a wide range of professional services sectors.”
The next NPS event will be a Midlands Engine Investment Fund Update on 16thMay 2019. The breakfast event is open to all professional advisors, as well as business owners who want to understand how the canaccess the £250m funding and hear from individuals who have already received funding.
