Young professionals from Nottingham’s illustrious professional services sector attended a social networking event hosted by the NPS Futures to watch the ice hockey at the Motorpoint Arena.
The event, held on Wednesday 20th February 2019 was attended by 42 professionals, who watched the Nottingham Panthers take on the Coventry Blaze in a game which saw the Panthers lose 3-1.
Attendees started the evening with a couple of hours of social networking at Saltbox Bar in Bolero Square, before heading over to the Motorpoint Arena to watch the highly-anticipated encounter with their West Midlands rivals.
Commenting on the occasion, NPS Futures Chair, Nicola Whiting said “This is the second year that we have hosted a social networking event to watch the Nottingham Panthers. It has again proved to be a hugely popular event, which gives our young professionals the opportunity to expand their network in a social setting outside of standard work based networking.”
The NPS Futures committee is drawn from a range of disciplines from across Nottingham’s professional services sector and works closely with the main NPS committee to hold a mix of social and CPD orientated events for young professionals. These include surveyors, architects, engineers, accountants, lawyers, wealth advisers, HR practitioners, business consultants and marketers to name but a few!
If you are interested in attending further NPS events, we publish details on our Upcoming Events section of the Nottingham Professional Services website.
